The Girlswing Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established in 2013 with the sole purpose of addressing a pressing need among female students in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Our goal is to facilitate the career exploration and development of young girls, with a focus on empowering each individual to make a meaningful impact in society. We strive to achieve this goal through a commitment to grass-roots initiatives and supportive programs.

Our Mission

To equip the girl child with resources, opportunities, providing them the safe space that facilitate their learning, mental and physical development.

We also believe that empowering the girl child means inspiring an entire community to become advocates, change makers and leaders in their communities.
